Office Information

My office is located at:

1531 Purdue Ave.
Los Angeles, 90025

Services:

I offer psychotherapy for adults, teens, and children. Therapy sessions are generally 50 minutes though can be altered in length especially when working with young children.

Online therapy works great for many individuals who have busy schedules, other time constraints and prefer to do therapy at home or during their lunch break. Video sessions are available to California residents.

Children and teens:

Kids especially have their language in therapy, which is play. I use play, art therapy, and sandtray to help children express their internal worlds. I believe in empowering kids in the therapy room and helping them to find their voice so they can become comfortable with the feelings they are experiencing and dealing with the situations life presents to them.

Teens are unique in that they are at the beginning of knowing themselves. Our teens and twenties are a time to figure out our own beliefs and values separate from friends, family, and community. The individuation process can be challenging, especially when many outside influences tell people how they should be, including friends, community, and social media. Being witnessed in this growth and building of self-identity is invaluable.

Fee Information:

My fee is $175 for a 50-minute therapy session. Payment is due at the time of service.

I accept Mastercard, VISA, checks, and cash. Please contact me if you need to discuss a lower fee.

I don’t directly accept insurance as a form of payment however, I can provide you with a monthly superbill that can be turned into your insurance company for reimbursement. You would need to check with your insurance company for reimbursement. You would need to check with your insurance company to find out their coverage for mental health services and if they allow you to see someone out of network.

Good Faith Estimate:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Parking:

There is free two-hour street parking on Purdue Avenue or a metered lot just off Purdue.
